Not only that but eating fat filled meals will keep you full and burn calories.

- Allow good production of testosterone and estrogen
- Play an essential role with nutrient absorption (think important vitamins like D and E)
- Help protect your immune system
- Avocados
- Eggs
- Fatty Fish
- Nuts
- Nut Butter (Peanut Butter for example)
- Olive Oil
- Seeds
