PROTEIN POPSICLE RECIPE

This is a healthy recipe to satisfy that sweet tooth and is a healthy snack for whenever you’re looking for a quick bite.

  • 1 Cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
